The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will own the full growth marketing function — from paid social to SEO content to email — and work directly with the founder to build a brand that competes at the top of the US Montessori toy market. This is a high‑ownership, high‑impact role at a lean and focused e‑commerce brand with strong product‑market fit and clear room to grow.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns targeting grandparents and parents of children aged 0–6 in the US market, including creative strategy, audience testing, and budget optimization

Manage and grow organic search traffic through SEO content strategy, on‑page optimization, and internal linking — building topical authority in the Montessori and educational toy verticals

Run and optimize Pinterest presence including product catalog, boards, and promoted pins

Develop and execute email marketing flows (welcome series, post‑purchase, abandoned cart, seasonal campaigns) via Klaviyo or equivalent

Oversee content production — blog posts, product descriptions, social captions — ensuring brand voice consistency across all channels

Track, report, and act on performance data across all channels (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)

Identify and test new growth channels, influencer partnerships, and PR opportunities relevant to the parenting and Montessori communities

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce marketing , preferably DTC

Proven track record running Facebook/Meta Ads with measurable ROAS results

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, content strategy, on‑page optimization

Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify environments

Strong written English — you will be writing and editing real content, not just managing spreadsheets

Self‑directed and comfortable working asynchronously in a remote‑first environment

Genuine interest in child development, parenting, or the Montessori method is a big plus

Nice to Have

Experience with Pinterest Ads or organic Pinterest growth

Familiarity with Rank Math , Klaviyo , or n8n automation tools

Background in the baby/kids product space or gifting market

Experience targeting the 50–70 female demographic (grandparent buyer persona)
