Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base Pay Range$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yrJob DescriptionPosition: New Business Development Executive – FinanceReports To: VP of SalesFSLA: ExemptOffice Designation: Remote to Maryland, DC, Northern VA or Charlotte, NC areaThe New Business Development Executive will facilitate and accelerate the aggressive growth that Omega Systems continues to pursue while focusing on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This job requires an individual who is capable of generating new opportunities on their own, independent of leads provided by Marketing. This individual should be tech savvy, have the ability to navigate gatekeepers, and have experience selling to the C-Suite. They must be a proven hunter, responsible for managing the entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, presentation, contract negotiation, and closure.Functional ResponsibilitiesAchieve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) quotas which are measured on a monthly basisFocus on pursuit of opportunities within the ICP while maintaining minimum MRR requirementsResponsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closureUse HubSpot to prospect and qualify leads while meeting expected KPIs with respect to calls, appointments, and email activityUse a consultative approach to prospecting, qualifying and developing new relationships with businessesUnderstand customer needs and requirements through the use of Question-Based Selling methodologyDevelop and maintain thorough understanding of Omega's existing and future offeringsLeverage and maintain relationships with third-party providers for the purposes of lead sourcing and relationship developmentMaintain opportunities within Salesforce with respect to values, sales stages, probabilities, close dates, and next stepsWork collaboratively with Solution Architecture and Inside Sales teams, following all required processesWork collaboratively with Marketing, as needed, for larger presentations and proposals such as RFIs, RFP, etc.Travel within a 100-mile radius for the purposes of maximizing in-person discoveries and presentationsTravel, as needed, to other Omega locations or events upon requestIncumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform other duties and special assignments not specifically statedQualifications and SkillsBA/BS Degree is preferredFive or more years of direct selling experienceAt least 1 year of experience in selling MSP, MSSP, Finance or other IT products based on a recurring revenue modelDemonstrated track record as an independent, top-performing hunter and closer who exceeds revenue goalsPassion for working collaboratively with customers and internal teams to deliver world-class servicesPolished written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilitiesPossess a positive attitude, is coachable, insightful, energetic, and a great problem solverAbility to build relationships over the phone and face-to-faceWork EnvironmentThe job operates in a professional office environment.
