Need to have hunter mentality and want/know how to hunt. Prefer 5+ years experience. Culture is fast-paced and success driven.

Key Responsibilities Drive net-new customer acquisition through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, networking, and targeted outreach.
Expand existing customer relationships, uncovering new use cases and growing adoption.
Build trusted, in-person relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at your customers.
Develop strong relationships with our partner sellers and partner organizations to drive joint account planning and co-selling motions.
Requirements 5+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in automation (RPA, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI) or digital transformation
Proven success in both hunting new business and farming existing accounts
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at all levels
Comfortable leading in-person customer conversations and meetings
Compensation Base salary $150K, OTE $300K plus full benefits. No overnight travel required.
