Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Marketing and Sales Manager to bridge the gap between brand storytelling and revenue growth. This high‑impact leadership role is for a strategic thinker who turns curiosity into commitment and leads the sales and marketing teams to new heights.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with core brand standards.

Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams.

Conduct deep market research to identify trends, competitor dynamics, and actionable growth insights.

Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring every lead is vetted for quality and high intent.

Bridge the gap between creative design and data analysis to optimize the user experience flow.

Provide consistent, compassionate, and constructive feedback to foster a culture of prosperity.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and talent development to maintain departmental health.

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all messaging evokes a powerful response from our ideal clients.

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing (both highly preferred).

Ability to dissect complex data to find patterns, gaps, and meaningful insights.

Deep understanding of human drivers, incentives, and the customer journey funnel.

Motivator who leads by example and has mental fortitude to stay the course.

Digitally literate with the ability to quickly master and document new software systems.

Proficiency in Google Workspaces.

Persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and capable of impact‑focused communication.

High attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.
