Social Media Coordinator

We’re hiring a Community & Social Media Coordinator

Looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, content, and culture. This is a hands‑on role for a true creator/operator — not just strategy, not just community management.

You’ll own the day‑to‑day organic social presence across TikTok & Instagram, help manage an athlete affiliate community, create content in real time, capture on‑set social moments, and turn creator content into scroll‑stopping brand storytelling.

What we’re looking for:

2–4 years experience in social media/content creation

Strong understanding of TikTok & Reels culturei>

A strong creative eye and instinct for hooks/storytelling

Organized, proactive, and deeply online

Comfortable working with athletes, creators, and talent

This role is ideal for someone who:

Sees content opportunities everywhere

Understands how to build community, not just post content

Can move fast and create at volume without sacrificing brand taste

Loves being both behind and in the action
