The Opportunity
A high-growth, enterprise SaaS company is looking for a top-performing

Account Executive

to drive new business across North America. This is a true “hunter” role, ideal for a strategic seller who thrives in complex, high-value sales environments.

You’ll be selling a market-leading application SaaS platform into large enterprise organisations, engaging senior stakeholders and owning deals end‑to‑end—from initial outreach through to close.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition

Own and execute a territory strategy targeting Tier 1 & Tier 2 enterprise accounts

Identify, qualify, and close net-new opportunities

Self‑generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement

Partner with marketing while maintaining a strong self‑sourced approach

Executive Engagement

Build relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions

Clearly articulate value and ROI in complex environments

Complex Deal Management

Navigate long, complex sales cycles (typically 6–18 months)

Close deals with average values of $100K–$400K+ ARR

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience

Proven track record of landing net-new business in enterprise accounts

Experience selling complex, high‑value solutions

Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch

Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
