JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 6 years of experience in web or digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce or SaaS domains. The candidate will drive business growth by analyzing digital acquisition performance, creating actionable insights, and optimizing digital customer journeys. The role entails leveraging data and project management skills to lead digital marketing initiatives, enhancing web experiences using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization through effective testing methodologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversions.

Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and user journeys.

Conduct A/B testing and recommend UX improvements.

Work with WordPress CMS to manage landing pages and campaign content.

Make minor HTML, CSS, and JavaScript customizations when needed.

Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site performance.

Monitor campaign performance, web traffic, and conversion rates.

Use analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to gain insights.

Track KPIs and recommend optimizations based on data.

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to execute digital campaigns.

Manage multiple projects related to website and campaign optimization.

Ensure all digital initiatives are completed on time and within scope.

Must have Skills

6+ years of experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, or growth marketing.

Proven experience with CRO, A/B testing, UX, and KPI tracking.

Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS (Drupal experience also acceptable).

Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills (not a coding-heavy role).

Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.

Background in E-commerce or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Industry Experience Required
Prior experience in eCommerce and or SaaS business environments is highly preferred.
