What You Will Do: Be responsible for product marketing strategy
Gather requirements and information from Sr. Director of Marketing, COO, and New Product Development
Develop the product marketing strategy, including positioning, value proposition and messaging, and make recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with marketing and Product Manager to develop and manage promotional planning and execution for products
Proactively participate in product development meetings to help the company achieve its goals
Support internal stakeholders
Create go-to-market strategies for product launches and provide teams with appropriate toolkits to ensure they can plan and execute their jobs effectively and in a manner that is aligned with the overall product marketing strategy
Partner with Product Manager to develop product training materials
Create and manage content to articulate the benefits and values of the product
Provide internal stakeholders with communication scripts and sell sheets
Provide marketing with information to develop cross-channel campaigns
Collaborate with design team and Product Manager to
Work closely with Sr. Director of Marketing, COO, and New Product Development to create external product roadmap collateral for company
Use data and technology to monitor progress and improve effectiveness of strategy
Establish and monitor sales and client lifecycle process
Work with Sr. Director of Marketing to establish product KPIs and monitor against goals
Establish and review marketing analytics to support messaging, product focus, and promotional planning
Lead the product marketing team
Manage a content marketing manager to help execute the product marketing strategy

What You Will Have: 5-7 years’ experience in a B2B product marketing role, with a proven ability to launch new SaaS products
Bachelor's degree or MBA in business/marketing or related discipline combined with related experience
Clear understanding of the digital marketing landscape: marketing automation; demand generation; personalization; sales enablement/effectiveness; attribution reporting; campaign management
Management experience preferred
Marketo experience preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Limited, at most 2-4 times/year.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is performed remotely, and company will provide necessary equipment to be perform the essential duties of this position. The Product Marketing Manager will be required to use a computer with high-speed internet access in order to perform to necessary duties as outlined above. A web camera and microphone are required for video chatting as a primary form of internal communication. This position will require extended periods of time spent sitting in front of a computer.
Physical requirements of this position may include the following:
Lifting up to 25 lbs.
