We’re Looking For Creative thinker with expertise in expressive language. Proficient in scriptwriting, social, video, editing and more. Client‑facing with the ability to participate in client meetings with limited oversight. Team focused and able to work with CDs, strategists, and BLs to shape initial campaign strategy. Generates and owns overarching creative concepts, idea videos, case studies, headlines, scripts, signage, etc. Expected to be onsite at shoots, edits, and builds. Trusted to build client relationships and solve problems with little supervision.
Responsibilities Concept and develop innovative creative ideas while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and identity.
Provide writing support and expertise across a wide variety of executions.
Collaborate with the team and offer innovative ideas for creative briefs and strategy.
Track multiple parallel deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Execute activations within established budgets, timeframes, and strategy.
Partner successfully with other creatives and across multidisciplinary teams.
Present work internally.
Actively participate and contribute to brainstorms.
Become client‑facing with direct supervision of a CD or above.
Mentor more junior team members.
Stay abreast of industry and technology trends.
Articulate vision, idea, and objectives to vendors.
Attend on‑site visits and shoots as needed to ensure the vision comes to life.
Support Momentum’s values.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements College degree with a focus in copywriting (preferred).
6+ years of relevant experience.
Innovative concepting skills and excellent presentation abilities.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
Positive attitude, genuine teamwork, and self‑starter quality.

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation will depend on market considerations, location, budgetary constraints, tenure, and qualifications.
