Responsibilities
Support day-to-day client relationships with responsiveness and follow-through
Keep projects on track—timelines, deliverables, and next steps always clear
Help translate client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams
Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, medical, PM) to move work forward
Prep teams for MLR submissions and help manage revisions through the process
Stay close to the details—nothing slips, nothing stalls
Track scopes, budgets, and project status with accuracy
Bring organization and clarity to fast-moving workflows
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a pharma or healthcare agency
Familiarity with MLR process and regulated environments (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, concise communication—internally and with clients
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked
Comfort working across multiple projects and teams at once
Pay Range- $85,000-$105,000
