Our team thrives on ambition, innovation, and collaboration, and we look for those same qualities in every new hire.
What You Will Do
Executive Content Creation
Develop and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok for the CEO and other executive team members.
Ghostwrite posts and scripts that reflect each executive's authentic voice and point of view.
Build and manage publishing calendars that align with business priorities, thought leadership themes, and key events.
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content, from quick behind‑the‑scenes clips to structured thought leadership segments.
Optimize video for each platform's format and algorithm, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, and TikTok.
Own end‑to‑end production using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Descript.
Voice Capture and Storytelling
Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with executives to extract insights, anecdotes, and perspectives.
Turn complex or technical ideas into clear, engaging narratives tailored to social platforms.
Maintain and evolve voice guidelines so content remains consistent yet fresh across channels.
Multi‑Channel Strategy
Build and maintain a cross‑platform content calendar that adapts messaging and format to the strengths of each channel.
Tailor concepts so that what works on LinkedIn is appropriately adapted for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Test new formats and approaches, then scale what performs best.
Community Engagement
Monitor and engage with comments, replies, and DMs on behalf of executives in a way that feels genuine and human.
Build relationships with key followers, partners, creators, and industry voices.
Identify opportunities to join relevant conversations in real time.
AI‑native Workflows
Use AI tools (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Descript) to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and scheduling.
Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities to increase output and quality.
Comms and Campaign Support
Support broader executive communications, including event‑related content, internal announcements, press and media preparation, and ad‑hoc messaging needs.
Partner with the broader marketing and comms team to align executive content with company narratives and campaigns.
Trend Monitoring and Analytics
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging content formats, creator trends, and B2B social best practices, and proactively bring ideas to the table.
Track engagement, follower growth, impressions, and content performance across platforms.
Report on what is working, propose experiments, and iterate quickly based on data.
What We Look For
1+ years of experience in social media management, executive content, digital marketing, or a related role (agency, in‑house, or freelance).
Ability to plan, shoot (including on a phone), and edit video content end‑to‑end using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Descript.
Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed), YouTube (Shorts and long‑form), X, and TikTok, based on active use, not just theory.
Demonstrated experience ghostwriting in another person's voice for social platforms or executive communication.
Proven use of AI tools in a creative workflow, including writing, editing, image generation, repurposing, and research.
Understanding of how B2B audiences think, or a strong desire to learn, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, vertical software, construction tech, or the trades.
Comfort working directly with senior executives and C‑suite leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with social analytics platforms (for example Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar), or willingness to learn quickly.
Who You Are
You are a content‑native operator who naturally thinks in formats, hooks, and story arcs.
You use social platforms daily and have strong instincts for what makes people stop scrolling.
You have a sharp creative eye for visual design, pacing, and sound, and you know how to make content feel professional without being stiff or overly corporate.
You actively use AI tools to increase your speed and output, and you enjoy experimenting with new workflows.
You have a strong bias for action, move quickly from idea to execution, and are comfortable iterating in public based on feedback and performance.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple executive personas and content streams at once without dropping details.
You are curious, coachable, and excited to learn directly from executives and subject matter experts.
