The Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you will own the execution and optimisation of multi‑channel paid media campaigns across Google and Paid Social. This is a hands‑on role with direct impact on revenue performance, where you will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes across acquisition channels.
You will work cross‑functionally and alongside agency partners to ensure campaigns are optimised effectively and aligned to overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
Paid Social (Meta)
Display and programmatic channels (oversight)
Drive performance across key metrics including ROAS, CPA, and conversions
Analyse campaign performance and implement data‑driven optimisations
Manage and coordinate with external agency partners
Ensure a cohesive cross‑channel strategy across all paid media efforts
Build structure and improve processes within a growing marketing function
Your Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience in Paid Media (Search and/or Social)
Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Proven track record of improving campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or other revenue‑driven environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Experience managing stakeholders or agency relationships is a plus
