Key Responsibilities
Market dominance and relationship alchemy

Ignite client ecosystems: Turn leads into lasting partnerships with North American agents, from cultural institutions to eco‑driven travel brands.

Lead with storytelling: Design compelling travel proposals that inspire, from first pitch to final itinerary.

Spot trends early: Research emerging markets, interpret consumer behavior, and propose bold new directions with the Leisure team.

Own the spotlight: Represent WildChina at industry events and workshops, building our profile as a leader in experiential travel.

Strategic wins and day‑to‑day impact

Brand architecture: Design product showcases, blending data insights with bold, creative execution.

Networking: Orchestrate PR initiatives, cold‑call leads, and convert new contacts into engaged partners.

Growth strategy: Track progress, report to leadership, and meet or exceed annual revenue targets.

Travel program mastery

End‑to‑end ownership: Manage US client programs from concept to execution, obsessing over operational excellence and client delight.

Feedback: Turn client love into loyalty by refining experiences based on real‑world insights.

Culture and innovation leadership

Destination researcher: Dive into local cultures, uncover hidden gems, and enhance itineraries to deliver truly memorable experiences.

Sustainability and service advocate: Set new standards for program sustainability and client care — because "good enough" isn’t good enough.

Strategic right‑hand role

Executive collaborator: Work closely with Leisure department leadership to shape WildChina’s North America growth strategy.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native speaker preferred), with persuasive writing and pitching skills.

A proven sales/business development track record — experience in travel, hospitality, or cultural sectors is a plus.

A “no‑excuses” attitude, emotional intelligence, and a hunger to learn quickly.

Passion for destination storytelling and eco‑friendly travel.

Proficiency in Microsoft, Zoom, and design tools — smooth ops fuel big ideas.
