Internal Communications Specialist

Internal Communications Specialist Ciklum is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role: We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will join us to drive the internal communication strategy for Ciklum forward. You will be an essential part of our internal communications team that works with key stakeholders and shapes clear and efficient messaging about our business, operational activities, and people.
Responsibilities: Create internal content end-to-end, including:
Announcements, event invitations, presentations, reminders, and follow-ups
Digests, short news updates, slogans, and campaign messaging
Posts for WorkVivo, Google Chats, and other internal channels
Support our Delivery team as a communications partner, helping them:
Maintain regular and consistent communications
Adapt messages for different teams, formats, and audiences
Communicate key updates, achievements, and changes clearly
Own and develop content for WorkVivo, including:
Experimenting with formats (posts, series, polls, video ideas)
Increasing engagement and visibility of key initiatives
Manage communication requests from different departments:
Clarify inputs and expectations
Review or write messages
Coordinate visual support (together with our designer)
Ensure proper distribution via internal comms channels (email, WorkVivo, chats, etc.)
Work closely with stakeholders across functions and locations, advising on the best communication approach and helping shape clear, consistent messages
Support and help organize internal communication events, such as Town Halls, workshops, learning, or engagement sessions
Requirements: 2+ years of corporate communications experience within a fast-paced corporate setting
Passionate writer with fluency in English and ability to work with both separate messages and long-term narratives
A sharp eye for detail and stories within the company, both on an individual and company level
Well-developed organizational, project management and creative problem-solving skills
