This is a part-time on-site role for an Account Manager at our Vista, CA location. As an Account Manager, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, manage customer inquiries, and oversee daily account operations. Responsibilities include processing orders, collaborating with team members to address client needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also assist in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring client success through prompt and professional communication.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, account servicing, and customer support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing orders and tracking client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure professional and effective interactions
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience working in sales, account management, or a related role (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and with on-site teams in a collaborative environment
- Prior experience with environmentally focused or natural products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
