We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of NAM’s digital marketing systems, campaigns, and reporting infrastructure. In this role, you will help manage marketing automation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking across digital channels while supporting the operational backbone of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Support management of NAM’s marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Notion, analytics platforms, and marketing tools
Build and deploy email and social marketing campaigns including automated lead-nurturing workflows and lifecycle triggers
Create and communicate monthly performance reporting on marketing initiatives, including campaign performance and lead generation outcomes
Assist in developing marketing dashboards that track ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion trends
Manage CRM contact lists and segmentation while supporting data quality and compliance practices
Coordinate editorial calendars, article outreach, and content production cycles
Support website operations including routine updates and monitoring of SEO, page speed, and conversion metrics
Maintain digital asset libraries for brand consistency
Qualifications
Required
2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or digital marketing
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Experience managing email campaigns and digital marketing workflows
Familiarity with SEO performance monitoring and optimization metrics
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience with Google Analytics 4 or marketing performance dashboards
Experience with WordPress website management
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
Experience supporting marketing technology systems and integrations
What We Offer
Salary : $33.00 - $38.00 per hour (good-faith estimate)
