A fast-growing women's modest fashion brand is seeking its first Head of Marketing to take full ownership of the marketing function. The company operates multiple retail locations alongside a strong eCommerce presence and a loyal, growing customer base. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a small team, build new growth channels from the ground up, and work closely with leadership to drive brand awareness and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day execution of the marketing team (social, design)
Own the marketing calendar including email, influencers, and campaigns
Build and scale paid social strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Optimize marketing systems using automation, AI, and analytics
Develop creative, measurable growth initiatives (events, promotions, etc.)
Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in DTC fashion/apparel
Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and modern marketing tools preferred
Experience managing at least 1-2 team members
Strong analytical and execution skills
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
