We are seeking Account Managers to join our growing team.
Why work for USAF? We do NOT do cold calls, you will manage a “book” of business that already produces sales and income. We are not a “one and done” type of sale. Our products are needed by production facilities on a regular basis, 95% of our sales is repeat business. Do you avoid salespeople? We do too! We train you to not sound like one. Your role is to continue the relationships and grow the sales of the book using Sandler selling techniques.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain existing relationships with current customers
Learn and follow our established sales procedures
Find solutions for incoming leads to grow your customer base
Be motivated to earn an income that will grow year after year

Provide you with the on‑going training and tools to succeed

BASE SALARY plus clear cut MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES, which is geared to you earning $40,000 to $50,000 year one. Total earnings will increase yearly, there is room to grow based on the skills we help you develop. The quicker you learn the quicker you earn.
