Position Overview
Dynamic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts while providing proactive and responsive service to clients. From handling renewals and processing changes to addressing client inquiries and coverage needs, you will play a key role in ensuring clients are properly protected and supported.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position working in our office located in Punta Gorda, FL.

Professional Responsibilities

Handle incoming service requests from existing clients while delivering exceptional customer service

Review accounts for available discounts and make personalized coverage recommendations

Re-evaluate coverage limits to ensure clients remain properly insured

Requote/remarket personal lines products as needed or requested

Provide support to sales agents and collaborate with team members

Qualifications And Requirements

Experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance (home, auto, umbrella, specialty lines)

Active Florida Property & Casualty insurance license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to build and maintain strong client and peer relationships

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus, but not required
