Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at LoopNet, you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate property portfolios online. You will build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy using proprietary analytics. Your day‑to‑day activities include leveraging CoStar’s industry knowledge, prospecting, studying market trends, and conducting product demonstrations. This role is on‑site at the CoStar Group office in NYC.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on marketing strategy.
Prospect new clients using CoStar’s property data to generate sales and close new business.
Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends.
Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve goals.
Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as required.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of B2B sales experience.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Commitment to prior employers and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations.
Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
Adaptability in a high‑growth environment.
Self‑starter who thrives independently and in a team.

Salary
Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
