Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at LoopNet, you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long‑lasting, service‑focused, customer relationships and advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy while highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Build client relationships through consultative sales methods, driving advertising revenue and becoming a trusted advisor on all strategic marketing matters.

Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.

Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and achieve team goals.

Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real‑estate markets, and relevant industry trends within your specific territory.

Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel by car as required, including travel outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a sales‑related B2B role.

2+ years of commercial real‑estate (CRE) experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.

Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a driving check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.

Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.

Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.

Self‑starter who can work within a team environment and independently, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a high‑growth company.

Salary and Benefits
Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
