Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Brand Designer on behalf of our client, a compliance and documentation service company. This role will support the development and execution of the company's visual brand system, creating high-quality design assets across marketing, sales, digital, and event channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong branding experience who can translate creative direction into polished, consistent, and scalable visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute design work under the direction of the Marketing Campaign Manager and creative leadership
Refine and expand existing brand guidelines to strengthen visual consistency
Build and maintain a scalable graphic asset library for ongoing and future use
Create branded marketing and sales collateral, including presentations and one-pagers
Design campaign graphics for both ongoing and one-time initiatives
Develop event branding and supporting materials
Create social media graphics, layouts, and reusable template systems
Design case studies, testimonials, and other proof-based marketing materials
Produce web graphics and digital design assets
Resize, adapt, and version assets for multiple platforms and formats
Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use
Maintain organized file structures and clear asset handoff processes
Collaborate with marketing leadership to improve design systems and workflows
Requirements include:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
Experience:
Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on branding and brand systems
Experience working under creative direction and delivering high-quality design outputs
Experience creating or refining brand guidelines and reusable templates
Skills:
Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to produce polished work quickly without sacrificing quality
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Certifications:
Relevant design certifications are a plus
Knowledge:
Expertise in design for both print and digital formats
Familiarity with building scalable design systems and templates
Knowledge of best practices in branding, marketing design, and visual storytelling
Key Competencies:
Strong visual judgment and design sensibility
Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality
Ability to balance creativity with structured execution
