About the Role
We’re hiring a full‑cycle Account Executive to drive outbound net‑new sales, qualify leads, and handoff to account management.
Location requirement: 5 days a week in our office for the first 90 days (subject to performance).
Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid‑market deals, including supporting online demos.
Net New Opportunity Development : Make 55+ cold calls per day, manage a book of named accounts, tier accounts, and identify key personas.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with the Account Management team to onboard new accounts and grow existing ones.
Customer Focus : Build enduring relationships and promote exclusive Engine use for hotel bookings.
Data Cleanliness : Maintain a clean sales pipeline and master tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong.
Qualifications
B2B Sales Experience : Minimum 1+ year as a B2B Sales Rep or SDR/BDR.
Hunter Mentality : Skilled in outbound prospecting tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
Competitive Spirit : Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Passion : Interest in enhancing corporate travel and employee perks.
Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Communication Skills : Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with variable target. Base salary and OTE range: $100,000–$120,000 USD. Compensation package may include equity and bonuses.
