What you’ll do:
Support Search team in day‑to‑day functions
Assist with organization of campaign materials and in‑platform set up and maintenance
Support the team with campaign‑specific reporting and analysis needs
Update and maintain team documents, such as status and internal trackers
Complete relevant certification programs and read industry blogs to stay up to date on SEM best practices
Understand client goals, lead creating and executing strategies to exceed defined goals
Be accountable for campaign performance by closely monitoring and optimizing performance in line with client goals
Generate client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts
Responsible for leading client calls and managing client expectations
QA coordinator projects to ensure project delivery is correct
What you’ll bring:
3+ years digital marketing & Paid Search experience
Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a desire to learn
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
Experience working in a creative or integrated agency is a plus
Knowledge of B2B marketing is a plus
Requires Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Salary for San Francisco or New York City based candidates : $80,000 - $94,000 depending on experience level and professional certifications.
