The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day marketing and general management duties across a portfolio of the company’s largest grocery brands, as well as the development of long‑term strategies. The Senior Associate Brand Manager will work with internal and external partners to execute such tactics as consumer and shopper marketing initiatives, promotion plans, forecasting, new product launches, and packaging changes.

Responsibilities

Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and planning.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams for various brand initiatives, including new product launches, packaging changes, and cost‑saving initiatives.

Assist in leading consumer and shopper marketing programs.

Holistic ownership of select brands within the portfolio, including day‑to‑day responsibilities and the development and execution of long‑term strategic plans.

Experience, Skills, Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration required.

A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in consumer products, preferably in food.

Demonstrates strong business acumen and possesses basic industry knowledge.

Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Possesses experience with analytical systems, such as Nielsen, IRI, etc.

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

Detail oriented and organized.

Creative thinker.

Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making a difference.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $81,772.00 - $136,287.00

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
