Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and manage overall communications strategy (for internal and external audiences)

Brand Management: Maintain a cohesive brand voice – adhering to UGA and Terry College brand guidelines.

Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and monitor content across ILA platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); track analytics to improve engagement; maintain professional feeds; respond to queries; flag potentially harmful posts; monitor Terry College and UGA social media.

Newsletters: Manage compilation, design, and dissemination of weekly student newsletters, reminders & events slides, and biannual newsletters.

Website Management: Lead copy and design for the ILA website; coordinate with OMC to maintain brand consistency.

Marketing Materials: Maintain and update master files for student and donor-focused collateral; coordinate with Marketing & Communications to ensure brand adherence.

Strategic Marketing

Develop and maintain the brand voice for alumni programs.

Manage subscriptions for department platforms and optimize usage.

Oversee external and internal communications, event marketing, and participant recruitment efforts.

Collaborate with ILA faculty and Terry College departments to identify and develop stories highlighting student service-learning efforts.

Donor-focused Development and Stewardship

Coordinate stewardship reports and solicitation campaigns with Terry Development and Alumni Relations.

Highlight student success stories in stewardship materials for sponsors and donors.

Ensure brand standards across internal Terry teams.

Project Management & Copyediting

Monitor and support adherence to deadlines; assist with copy editing of team content.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies:

Experience with public relations and/or marketing.

Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Excellent written communication skills.

Proficiency in CANVA, Google Drive, Mailchimp, and WordPress.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Working in a normal office environment.
