Role Overview The Associate Brand Manager is a highly organized, brand‑first operator responsible for executing brand initiatives from concept through launch and into market. This role supports the full product lifecycle: NPD, GTM, and Campaign. The role plays a critical part in bringing brand strategy and new product development to life through execution—ensuring alignment across teams, consistency across touch‑points, and excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities New Product Development (NPD) Support Support the execution and coordination of new product development initiatives from concept through readiness for launch
Build and manage NPD timelines, ensuring alignment across Brand, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain
Assist in development of product naming, positioning, and messaging frameworks in partnership with Brand leadership
Track key milestones and flag risks to ensure timelines are met
Support competitive research and trend analysis to inform product development
Product Launch (Go-To-Market Planning & Execution) Support development and execution of go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for all product launches
Build and manage launch timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment across Growth, Retention, Social, E‑commerce, Operations and Retail
Assist in creation of launch briefs, ensuring alignment across campaign, packaging, and channel storytelling
Coordinate delivery of all launch assets and ensure readiness across all channels (site, email, social, retail)
Partner with E‑commerce and Operations to ensure accurate and timely product availability
360° Campaign Execution Support execution of integrated 360° brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, influencer, and experiential channels
Build and manage campaign timelines, asset trackers, and deliverables
Ensure all campaign assets align with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and creative direction
Coordinate across teams and partners to ensure seamless campaign rollout
Creative & Content Coordination Partner with Creative and Social teams to ensure brand consistency across all assets
Support photoshoots and content production (logistics, asset tracking, usage organization)
Assist in reviewing creative to ensure alignment with brand voice and visual identity
Packaging & Label Execution Support packaging and label development process from concept through final approval
Coordinate cross‑functional approvals (Brand, Ops, Supply Chain, Leadership)
Track revisions and ensure final files are delivered accurately and on time
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Act as a central point of coordination across Brand, Growth, Paid Media, Retention, Social, and E‑commerce teams
Ensure alignment across all consumer touch‑points during product launches and campaigns
Performance Tracking & Insights Track product launch and campaign performance across channels
Support post‑launch and post‑campaign recaps, highlighting key learnings and opportunities
Monitor competitive landscape and cultural trends to inform future execution
Process & Workflow Management Maintain tools such as Monday.com, campaign trackers, and asset libraries
Ensure clear organization of timelines, deliverables, and project files
Help improve workflows to increase efficiency and clarity across teams
Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, or related field
Experience supporting new product development, product launches (go‑to‑market planning & execution) and 360 marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and executional excellence
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Exposure to platforms like Shopify, TikTok, Amazon, or Klaviyo is a plus
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $80,000–$100,000
