Position Summary The Field Marketing Coordinator (FMC) serves as the primary marketing consultant for our franchise partners within a designated region. You will act as the strategic link between the Brand Team and local operations, ensuring that national campaigns are executed with excellence while developing hyper‑local tactics to drive traffic. From orchestrating high‑impact Grand Openings to revitalizing locations through targeted investment, your goal is to empower franchise owners to win in their specific markets.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Partnership Partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Operations to identify market‑level opportunities and challenges.
Conduct regular "Marketing Health Checks" for franchise locations to ensure brand standards and local awareness are optimized.
Act as the marketing "First Responder" for stores, utilizing available corporate budgets to plan and execute recovery campaigns.
Local Store Marketing (LSM) & Grand Openings Consult with franchise owners to build customized local marketing calendars that complement national efforts.
Oversee the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle for all New Store Openings (NSOs), managing the Grand Opening budget to ensure maximum "splash" and sustainable Day 1 sales.
Identify and negotiate local media buys, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
Serve as the lead communicator for upcoming national promotions, ensuring all franchisees understand the "why" and "how" behind corporate campaigns.
Facilitate webinars and regional meetings to present creative assets and promotional timelines.
Purpose-Driven Marketing: "Month of Giving" Collaborate with the Brand Team to finalize the annual "Month of Giving" framework.
Guide franchisees through the charity selection process and help them design community‑facing events that drive both donations and brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years in Field Marketing, Franchise Relations, or Multi‑unit Retail/QSR marketing.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at traffic trends to determine where marketing dollars will have the most impact.
The "Diplomat" Factor: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must be able to influence.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple Grand Openings and campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
