Responsibilities

Sell Acquia Source, our next‑generation AI‑powered SaaS CMS, powered by Drupal.

Identify and close new business opportunities in the Mid‑Market segment.

Engage senior executives and build relationships across all decision‑making levels.

Assess competitor offerings and craft strategies to differentiate Acquia Source.

Translate client feedback into actionable initiatives that drive new opportunities and mitigate competitive risks.

Advocate for client needs to secure win‑win solutions.

Collaborate with Pre‑Sales Solution Engineering, Product Development, demand generation, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and market fit.

Manage the full sales lifecycle independently, from prospecting to close.

Partner with channel partners and subject matter specialists to expand sales opportunities.

Maintain an atmosphere of trust and open communication across internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong sales/client origination experience, preferably in CMS or related technology.

Proven track record of negotiating large strategic deals across all phases: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.

Experience operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.

Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and solution delivery.

Confident presentation skills with a presence suitable for C‑suite communication.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and eager for aggressive career growth.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary ($75,000–$90,000) with a 50/50 variable component that yields on‑target earnings of $150,000–$180,000.
