We are seeking a proactive and energetic digital marketing expert to drive the development of multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B SaaS marketing across channels and exposure to account‑based marketing strategies. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and is hybrid at our Boston, MA office.
What you will do at Mirakl:
Develop and execute digital channel strategies across LinkedIn, 6sense Display, Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, and emerging platforms to amplify content, events, demand generation offers, and integrated campaigns
Determine optimal digital channel distribution plans for all marketing assets, including thought leadership content, webinars, field events, demand gen offers, customer announcements and launches, by mapping the right content to the right channels and audiences
Build, launch, and manage multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns in partnership with the growth marketing team to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation
Write compelling ad copy for all digital channels, leverage Canva to navigate and customize design templates, and contribute to creative direction and design briefing
Design and implement sophisticated retargeting frameworks across platforms to nurture prospects throughout their buyer journey and maximize conversion rates
Conduct ongoing campaign optimization through continuous A/B testing of creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning and execution—supporting audience insights, ad copy/creative iteration, A/B test ideation, and performance optimization across channels
Own digital advertising analytics and reporting, partnering with the revenue operations team to provide deep‑dive performance analysis and data‑driven recommendations to optimize ad spend
Partner cross‑functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and field marketing teams to align digital distribution strategies with business priorities
Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize pipeline contribution
Set up and operate campaigns in HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of relevant work experience in programs or digital marketing, preferably in a high‑tech environment
Proven success in marketing programs and project management
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
Detail‑oriented individual that takes initiative to define and improve processes
Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and advertising platforms
Experience with Canva, video editing tools, or other creative experience a plus
Experience with marketing reporting
Proven history of using AI to optimize and launch campaigns
Ability to travel when necessary; periodic international travel required (Paris)
Hybrid: 4 days in Boston office, 1 day work from home per week.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $123,000 USD. In addition, Mirakl offers a wide range of competitive benefits including health, dental, 401(k) match plan, commuter, and PTO.
