We are looking for ambitious individuals to join the Global MRC team to engage with new and prospective AWS customers.
Key job responsibilities
Build an AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat
Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
Educate customers that are at the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest
Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases
Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and globalize breakthrough solutions through structured scaling programs
Opportunity to be part of a team to lead global cross‑functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better customer experiences
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience in customer engagement
Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
Experience delivering cross‑functional projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using data visualization tools
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
In‑depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to Cloud Computing and AI
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment where customer needs and business priorities evolve rapidly
