As we continue to expand, we are focused on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer support. We are looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth and strengthen our market presence.

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and deepen customer engagement. This role oversees day-to-day marketing activities including content creation, digital campaigns, events, and brand management. This individual will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Business Systems to ensure marketing strategies align with lead generation efforts and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Translate business goals into actionable, multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns

Content & Brand Management

Oversee development of marketing content including video, website materials, technical documents, and promotional assets

Ensure consistent brand messaging and clear communication of value propositions

Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising

Drive lead generation initiatives and support pipeline growth

Stay current on emerging trends, including AI tools, search behavior, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Website & Digital Presence

Maintain and optimize website content, structure, and performance

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve user experience and digital effectiveness

Partner with Sales to support lead generation, follow-up strategies, and customer engagement

Develop marketing tools and resources that enhance the sales process

Lead, prioritize, and coordinate marketing initiatives across the team

Ensure timely execution of projects aligned with business priorities

Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, and webinars

Align event strategy with broader marketing and sales objectives

Qualifications

Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy

Experience with content development, digital marketing, and brand management

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience managing websites and digital platforms

Results-oriented with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn emerging tools and technologies, including AI

Minimum of 2 years of management or team leadership experience

Experience in B2B or industrial marketing is preferred
