Inside Sales Equipment Finance Sales Account Manager

We’re looking for an inside sales Equipment Finance Sales Account Manager who shares our commitment to integrity, collaboration, and long‑term client relationships. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted adviser, managing and growing an equipment finance portfolio while balancing thoughtful credit decision‑making with exceptional client care.

What You’ll Do

Independently develop and manage commercial lease relationships, primarily for equipment financing.

Support new lease opportunities that originate through sales calls, reviewing financial statements to determine creditworthiness, and structuring and pricing lease opportunities.

Effectively manage existing equipment financing/lease relationships and cross‑sell all other Company products and services.

Decline credit opportunities that do not conform to the Company’s policies or risk tolerance.

Share suggestions to improve the overall equipment financing/leasing platform.

Learn the credit culture of the Company in order to present appropriate credits for approval.

Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

Contribute ideas to improve the equipment finance platform and overall client experience.

Maintain awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting your role.

Model CAN Capital’s values by fostering trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Support additional initiatives and projects as the business evolves.

Requirements

2+ years of experience developing financing opportunities (equipment finance or commercial lending preferred)

Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to structure responsible financing solutions

A relationship‑driven mindset with a natural ability to build trust and credibility

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative, self‑motivated approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based tools

Flexibility for occasional travel and non‑traditional hours as client needs arise

Commitment to continuous learning and regulatory awareness

Willingness to work full‑time onsite in our St. Louis office, with occasional schedule flexibility as needed
