Marketing Director Position Summary: The Marketing Director supports the marketing, communications, and brand efforts of CLIENT. This role focuses on content development, digital media execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Working under the direction of senior leadership, this position helps implement campaigns, maintain brand standards, and support internal and external communications. The role collaborates closely with the Director of Outreach and Marketing to execute campaigns, manage content needs, and support events, public relations activities, and digital storytelling efforts. Outgoing personality Very creative Thinks out of the box NYC ON SITE Mon-Fri Press Releases a must Bi-Lingual Enlish/Spanish a must Set up Government meetings Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing & Brand Support Support the execution of marketing and communication strategies across departments. Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual standards across materials. Assist in coordinating timelines for campaigns, events, and marketing deliverables. Support the development of creative assets and promotional materials. Creative Development & Design Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics, and reports. Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across internal and external communications. Fulfill design requests from departments under guidance of marketing leadership. Social Media & Digital Content Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Create and schedule content based on approved calendars and organizational priorities. Support performance tracking and basic analytics reporting. Public Relations & Communications Support Assist in drafting press releases, announcements, talking points, and internal communications. Support media outreach efforts and coordination of interviews or coverage opportunities. Conduct interviews with staff, providers, and partners as needed for storytelling content. Maintain relationships with media contacts and external partners under supervision. Event & Campaign Support Support planning and execution of organizational events including community events, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and staff activities. Develop event materials such as flyers, invitations, programs, and digital promotions. Provide on-site support for events, including photography, video capture, and content collection. Assist with post-event marketing and follow-up content creation. Website & Digital Content Assist in updating website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support creation of campaign landing pages and digital updates as needed. Coordinate with vendors or IT staff as directed. Provider & Staff Profiles Assist in developing written and visual content highlighting providers and staff. Support production of photos, short videos, and basic storytelling assets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Bachelor???s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. 4-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit or healthcare experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Basic photography, video editing, and social media management skills. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
