Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a strategic sales professional to drive new business growth in the Albany market by selling fully managed IT services to organizations with 25–500 employees.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, lead executive‑level conversations, and maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot.

What you’ll do:

Lead executive‑first discovery and qualification

Build business cases focused on predictability, risk reduction, and operational performance

Compete and win against break/fix providers through strong consultative selling

Manage pipeline, follow‑up, and forecasting in HubSpot

Close new managed services relationships and represent TAG Solutions locally

What we’re looking for:

3–7+ years selling B2B services to executive‑level buyers

Proven quota attainment with the ability to speak to performance metrics

Strong communication, listening skills, and confidence

Sales discipline and follow‑through (Sandler experience is a plus)

Ability to travel locally (~30%) within 100 miles of Albany
