Program Manager – Developer Community Programs

Responsible for managing and growing community-driven programs across developer audiences, with a focus on engagement, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. This role supports community platforms, programs, and initiatives while ensuring clear visibility into community insights and performance.

The position requires a program manager who operates with ownership and a bias for action, capable of driving engagement, coordinating across teams, and translating community feedback into actionable insights.

Experience Requirements

3–5 years of experience in program management or related fields

Bachelor’s degree required

Team & Function Overview

Focused on developer community programs and engagement initiatives

Works across a matrixed stakeholder environment including product, marketing, and community teams

Supports reporting and visibility across multiple groups

Core Responsibilities

Manage and grow Discord community (16.5K+ members), including daily engagement, weekly announcements, event setup, and coordination with moderators and service team stakeholders

Own and scale community programs (e.g., Champions program), including feedback sessions, engagement assessments, backlog tracking, and translating insights into product requests

Operationalize community spotlight initiatives by sourcing developer testimonials and coordinating content creation and amplification

Monitor Reddit community (6.5K+ members) for sentiment, trends, bugs, and feature requests

Produce weekly community reports consolidating insights across platforms, including engagement, trends, and community health metrics

Coordinate community initiatives such as user group activations, virtual hackathons, and in-person events

Manage and support broader community-driven programs

Coordinate initiatives across stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into program performance

Must-Have Skills
