We’re on the move. As we accelerate our expansion across the United States, we’re searching for a bold, commercially astute Sales & Marketing Manager ready to take ownership, seize opportunity, and turn ambition into measurable success.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering measurable commercial results.
What You’ll Do Ignite Revenue Growth: Develop and execute high‑impact sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and consistently outperform targets
Win the Market: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key regions and sectors
Build Brand Power: Lead bold, effective marketing initiatives that cut through and resonate with customers
Relationship Management: Cultivate high‑value relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and mentor the sales team to secure and scale new business partnerships
Financial Stewardship: Oversee the sales & marketing budget, including advertising and promotional spend, ensuring maximum ROI
Turn Insight into Action: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with product, operations, and leadership teams to align go‑to‑market execution
Who You Are You’re a proactive, results‑oriented professional who knows how to balance big‑picture thinking with day‑to‑day execution. In addition, you can demonstrate:
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally from within the water, agriculture, or industrial sectors
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion
Experience working with distributors and managing key customer relationships
A collaborative approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
The ability to undertake regular, national travel
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
There is potential for this role to be performed from a home base outside of Colorado, or a relocation assistance package can be negotiated for a person looking to relocate to the Denver area.
