TK Elevator is looking for a Senior Account and Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The role supports growth through business development, account management, consultative selling, and client satisfaction, focusing on generating new service accounts and repair work while serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
Growth: Meet revenue and profit goals through impeccable customer service, in-depth company and industry knowledge, capital campaign development, pipeline creation, and consultative selling techniques.
Account Management: Manage a multi-tiered client portfolio within an assigned territory, developing and nurturing successful client relationships through multiple sources, including a preliminary book of business.
Knowledge: Utilize strong working knowledge of company products, supplier information, and elevator code requirements.
Sales: Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals using proprietary software, cross-functional team support, blueprints, and equipment surveys.
Team Player: Work directly with the operations team, provide rapid client communication, and nurture sales team relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience required.
Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.
Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Salesforce experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings (preferred).
