About the Role
Title: Account Executive

Location: New York City (Hybrid office/remote schedule)

Compensation: $90k–$125k base + commission with a 50:5 split at 100% of goal + accelerators + equity + benefits (This range reflects the level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we’re looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)

What You’ll Do

Drive new business by hunting, qualifying and closing net‑new opportunities with both senior and executive‑level buy‑side contacts that influence decisions and interact with their evaluation teams.

Maintain account records in Salesforce to measure performance and identify where we can be most efficient toward winning.

Work closely with marketing and sales to relay client feedback for product improvement, sales efficiency, and sales strategies.

Become a product expert in Daloopa and the investment research industry.

Who You Are

2+ years in a closing role with institutional investor financial institutions; i.e., buyside (hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, etc.)

Ability to identify who will be part of the buying process, solve complex problems, and sell on value.

Strong communication skills and a curious, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage high‑profile fund managers and analysts alike.

Creative thinker who works independently but can also collaborate heavily across teams.

Desire to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial start‑up environment.
