Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Manager to help drive social advertising campaigns and creator-facing marketing initiatives for a fast-paced digital marketing team in New York, NY . This 9-month contract role will focus on launching and optimizing paid social campaigns, managing creator and partner communications, and supporting content review and campaign execution across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized, creative, and analytical, with experience managing paid social campaigns and communicating professionally with external partners.
What You'll Do:
Social Media Campaign Management
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta
• Execute hands-on campaign setup, ad configuration, URL creation, categorization, and launch activities
• Run A/B tests and marketing experiments to improve ad performance and campaign strategy
• Plan and deliver online campaigns, including ad copy, creative recommendations, and content optimizations
Creator & Partner Communications
• Manage day-to-day communications with creators and external partners regarding campaign status, content updates, and next steps
• Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to support onboarding and ongoing creator engagement
• Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with brand and content standards before launch
• Offer feedback and guidance to creators to improve content quality and campaign readiness
Performance & Cross-Functional Support
• Compile, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization
• Partner with internal teams on program updates, workflow coordination, and campaign execution
• Help organize content trackers, monitor ad statuses, and maintain project documentation
• Work across teams to prioritize deliverables and support broader social marketing initiatives
What You'll Need:
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid social advertising, or campaign management
• Experience launching and managing advertising campaigns across social media platforms
• Strong written communication skills with experience supporting external or partner-facing communications
• Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and digital advertising best practices
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or partner-facing marketing programs
• Background in content moderation, content review, or social media strategy
• Experience editing or reviewing digital content for brand alignment
• Experience in e-commerce, agency, or performance marketing environments
