Responsibilities
Building regional marketing strategies that align with sales priorities and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Designing and executing demand generation programs across events, sponsorships, virtual experiences, and integrated campaigns
Partnering with sales leadership, account teams, and channel partners to create marketing plans that support territory objectives
Analyzing campaign performance using data and insights to optimize tactics and maximize return on investment
Managing quarterly regional marketing budgets and communicating results, trends, and recommendations to leadership
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate 5+ years of field marketing experience in software or technology environments
Execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise markets
Manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively
Analyze & report on campaign data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance
Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, partners, and customers
Apply knowledge of intent analytics and marketing gifting platforms to support account-based marketing initiatives
Salary Range or On Target Earnings
Minimum: $76,800.00
Maximum: $186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration: base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
