Job Summary
The Associate Account Manager plays a supporting role in BridgeCo Financials commercial real estate loan origination process. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the commercial lending or real estate finance industry. The Associate Account Manager will assist senior originators and operations staff by helping develop client relationships, collecting and reviewing documentation, and participating in the overall loan process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organizing client documentation required for loan underwriting

Participate in analyzing the prospective sponsor’s commercial real estate loan application and its ability to repay the loan in a timely manner

Assist in determining the sponsor’s eligibility based on credit history, analyzing financial assets, and evaluating net worth as it relates to the requested loan

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third‑party partners throughout the loan process

Help maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

Conduct preliminary research on potential borrowers and properties

Participate in site visits or property reviews alongside senior staff, as needed

Provide ongoing communication and customer service support to clients during the loan lifecycle

Learn and communicate key loan terms and processes to clients under supervision

Support marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives to build awareness of BridgeCo Financial

Skills and Specifications

Eagerness to learn commercial real estate lending practices

Self‑motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment

Basic understanding of real estate or finance concepts; formal training or coursework preferred

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Highly organized and detail‑oriented

Minimum Requirements

Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

Preferred – 0–2 years of relevant work experience; internships or coursework in real estate or finance

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Abilities Required

Ability to meet highest attendance requirements

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

Access to reliable transportation

Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.

Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds

Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement

Ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment with non‑flexible deadlines

All candidates must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
