Select Home Health is seeking an
Account Executive
to build and grow referral relationships and support census growth across
Howard, Carroll, Tipton, and Cass counties . This role focuses on educating the community and referral partners about Select Home Health’s services and expanding a strong network of healthcare referral sources.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Strategy
Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain referral relationships.
Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administrative & Team Work
Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.
