We’re looking for a high‑output video creator and strategist who will help build Evelyn & Bobbie into a modern, video‑first brand—one that customers feel, trust, and share.

As our Content Lead, you

will be the type of person to see the brand everywhere—constantly thinking, we need to capture this—without waiting for a brief to get started. You’ll own how our story shows up across channels, translating product truth and founder vision into content that connects, converts, and scales. Evelyn & Bobbie has exceptional product and an authentically compelling story—we need someone who can capture it, shape it, and scale it across our omnichannel business.

What Success Looks Like

A steady stream of content that feels real, emotional, and high‑impact
Founder and product storytelling that drives engagement and conversion
Content that performs across organic, paid, and retail channels
A growing, well‑organized library of reusable content
A brand presence that feels alive, human, and everywhere
Responsibilities

Lead a Video‑First Content Engine
Own video strategy across organic, paid, site, and wholesale channels
Build a repeatable system for ideation, creation, testing, and iteration
Turn one shoot into 10–20 pieces of high‑performing content
Create Founder‑and Product‑Led Content
Proactively drive content creation without waiting for direction
Capture founder storytelling, product education, and customer transformation
Translate complex product benefits into clear, emotional narratives
Support retail storytelling and training content (e.g., Dillard’s, REI)
Produce & Edit High‑Impact Video
Shoot, edit, and publish content with speed, taste, and precision
Combine A‑roll, B‑roll, product, and lifestyle footage into cohesive stories
Create multiple variations optimized for platform and performance
Capture What Others Miss
Be on‑site for shoots, fit sessions, and key brand moments
Identify and capture unscripted, high‑value storytelling opportunities
Turn real, behind‑the‑scenes moments into compelling content
Obsess Over Performance
Analyze what works across hooks, formats, and platforms
Rapidly iterate based on performance and insights
Stay current on best practices in video and social storytelling
Build Content Infrastructure
Create systems to store, tag, and retrieve content efficiently
Build a scalable content library that compounds over time
Enable high output without sacrificing quality
Qualifications

3–6+ years creating video content across brand, social, or independent platforms; experience in DTC, apparel, or storytelling‑driven brands is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating emotional storytelling and high‑performing content
Ability to independently shoot, edit, and publish video content
Deep understanding of content formats, pacing, audience behavior, and performance‑driven storytelling
Exceptional creative instincts with a high‑taste, hands‑on approach to content creation
Self‑starter mentality with the initiative and energy to build from the ground up. You do not wait - you initiate
You are obsessed with making great video content and have experience being on camera when needed
