Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Position Overview A Marketing Proposal Coordinator role supporting business development and brand initiatives within a multidisciplinary design and engineering environment. This position focuses on proposal development, marketing communications, and collaboration with technical teams to create compelling client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs/RFQs and support interview/shortlist presentations
Conduct research, gather insights from subject matter experts, and develop persuasive written content
Update project profiles, staff resumes, and proposal materials within internal databases/CRM systems
Assist in creating award submissions, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
Support conference coordination, website updates, and social media initiatives
Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with lead generation efforts
Provide additional marketing and communications support as needed
Required Skills & Experience Strong proposal writing and technical writing background
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with proposal/CRM databases is a plus
Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is strongly preferred
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
Equivalent extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
