Position Summary The Account Service Representative serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Attend client meetings and manage ongoing communications
Manage client expectations and troubleshoot issues as needed
Project Management & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to execute deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
Develop meeting agendas, status reports, and recaps
Contribute to the development of creative briefs
Communication & Deliverables
Craft professional communications for clients, vendors, and partners
Proofread and edit deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Analysis & Reporting
Conduct basic analysis of client performance and business results
Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Administrative & Team Collaboration
Maintain project documentation and status updates
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution
Support senior account team members on strategic initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field
Strong organizational, writing, and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
Familiarity with HubSpot or inbound marketing methodologies
