Product Manager

Duckett Fishing, Guntersville, AL, USA

Pay: 60.000 - 80.000

Job type: Full Time

We’re looking for someone who wants to own new product design, not just manage it.

This role is responsible for building and driving our fishing tackle lineup - rods, reels, lures, and accessories. You get to dream up raw ideas and take them all the way to market success or kill it if it’s not working. You’ll make decisions, move fast, solve problems, and be accountable for product performance and profitability.

If you’re the type who holds a rod in their hand and immediately thinks “I’d build that better” - this is your seat.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our fishing tackle and equipment. This role owns the full product process, from initial concept and on-the-water testing to development, sourcing, launch, scaling, and eventual product sunset.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for fishing with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and execution skills. This individual will drive innovation across rods, reels, lures, terminal tackle, and accessories while ensuring every product meets performance expectations, market demand, brand standards, and profitability targets.
