Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Brainerd, MN. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts to ensure their satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating project details with internal teams, overseeing timelines and budgets, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
Account management and client relationship skills, with an emphasis on communication and problem-solving
Project management abilities, including organizing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Knowledge of marketing, print production, promotional products, and branded materials
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and fulfillment processes
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software tools for account and project management
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or account management preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
