Job Summary
Hilton has an exciting opportunity for an experienced performance marketing professional to join the Americas Media Activation – Acquisition team. This hybrid role combines performance marketing strategy, partner management, and operational execution to support the planning, execution, and optimization of the Affiliate channel across brands and markets. Working cross-functionally with Planning, Regional Marketing, Content, Analytics, and external partners, this individual will help manage day-to-day affiliate operations, publisher relationships, and performance reporting while supporting broader customer acquisition and revenue objectives. The ideal candidate is an analytical, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and executional rigor to drive measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day execution and optimization of affiliate programs to support customer acquisition, revenue, and ROI objectives
Manage relationships with affiliate networks, key publisher partners, and technology providers
Oversee campaign setup, tracking, testing, and optimization across affiliate platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to support affiliate initiatives from end-to-end, including promotions, content partnerships, and brand launches
Analyze performance data to evaluate publisher effectiveness, commission structures, and promotional impact, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Maintain campaign timelines, promotional calendars, budgets, and performance trackers to ensure on-time delivery and financial accuracy
Communicate ongoing performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale the channel, and test new affiliate models or partnerships
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regional regulations, and internal policies across affiliate activity
Support post-campaign and quarterly reviews, applying learnings to future optimization efforts
Skills
Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, performance media, and publisher-based acquisition models
Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend optimizations
Strong attention to detail, particularly related to tracking, reporting, and financial management
Ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and bring forward innovative ideas
Comfortable operating with autonomy, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
Experience working with affiliate networks and platforms such as CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or similar
Global or multi-market marketing experience is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, performance media, or digital acquisition
Experience managing large-scale or global affiliate programs preferred
Background working with content commerce, deal publishers, or loyalty-based affiliates preferred
Familiarity with financial reconciliation, invoicing, and commission structures preferred
