H&M Sales Advisor - Towne East Square

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. Additionally, you will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.

Show willingness to engage in conversations with customers to deliver excellent service.

Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.

Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up to date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.

Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

Team & Development

Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.

Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.

Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses relevant to your role and future development.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.

Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Upkeep and follow best practice for in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).

Support opening and closing of the store.

Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
